CRC Allies and Accomplices (CRCAA) is a committee called for by Community Ready Corps (CRC), a Black-led and founded organization, for white people to organize other white people to effectively contribute to anti-racist struggles.

Developed by Community Ready Corps, the 5 Methods to Divest of White Power and Weaponize White Privilege are the foundation of CRCAA. We understand that white people must learn to overcome the persistent reestablishment of white supremacy in order to be of service to Black people as they struggle for self-determination.

The 5 Methods help us harness and weaponize all of our power, including our skills, education, resources, money, relationships, so that it may be given in the service of Black liberation.
